MONDAY 6:00 PM: Group Ride (B to D) – Hiltons Social Ride hosted by the Tri Cities Road Club (TCRC), Hiltons Elementary School, Hiltons, VA. – 12/16 and 25/30 Mile Ride Routes. Riders of any ability are encouraged to attend. 12/16 Mile Ride Routes are easy paced rides along the river to Carter Fold and back to the school. 25/30 mile Ride Routes are usually faster paced and go to Mendota/Federal Road as time allows. Both rides go from the school along the river and out to Carter’s Fold at an easy social pace where the group will split and the riders going to Mendota can ride at the own pace, while the other group heads back to the school. The ride starts in the Kingsport Aquatic Center parking lot at 6:00 PM, or if you want a few more miles(6), there is a group that leaves from Reedy Creek Bicycles at 5:30 PM.
The 26 mile Short Ride - A single lap route, and much less competitive ride, either from the shop or from the YMCA parking lot. It is 6 miles less if you do not ride from Reedy Creek Bicycles LLC. It will be an easy pace and will have a ride leader to make sure you are not left out. Rolling terrain.

We will do 2 or 3 laps of our 7 mile loop, with all right turns. We will offer A, B, or C categories if the number of riders allow. If you decide to park at the Kingsport Aquatic Center it will be 6 miles less than leaving from Reedy Creek Bicycles LLC. All riders welcome! There will normally be a ride leader for the B or C group to manage the pace.

Two groups that do the Wednesday Tweetsie gravel rides:
"Moderate Ralph's" ride at a moderate pace for 20+/- miles with the last 4 miles at riders own pace, sometimes it gets "heated"!
"Laid Back Lucy's" ride at a party pace for 10-12 miles, group stays together and is a "social" ride! Tweetsie Route
THURSDAY 5:45 or 6:00 PM: Thursday Night Ride (TNR), hosted by Tri Cities Road Club (TCRC). Ride will promptly start at 6:00PM from the 2101 SIGNAL DRIVE, JOHNSON CITY parking lot behind Knights pizza, The route is moderately hilly with a 2 mile, 4.5% climb up Buffalo Mountain at the end. Total Ride Distance is 28 Miles for the short route and 36 miles for our long route: Two Groups!
First 28 mile Group departs at 5:45pm. This group is hosted by our community leaders John Crump, Billy Brown, and Scott Chapman. This is a great way for beginners, casual cyclist, and those less competitive to come out and enjoy riding with friends. NO DROP RIDE
Second Group departs at 6:00pm. This groups will be hosted by several TCRC members. This will be for our more avid cyclist and those that are more competitive. For the 6pm ride, you must be familiar with the route and able to complete basic roadside repair such as fixing a flat. 28 mile Short Loop is (NO DROP RIDE), so no rider will be left alone or behind intentionally for any reason!
36 mile Long Loop is NOT a no drop ride.
The THIRD Thursday of every month the ride will be ridden from the MARY HUGHES SCHOOL in Piney Flats. 21 Piney Flats Short Loop is (NO DROP RIDE), so no rider will be left alone or behind intentionally for any reason!

SUNDAY 9:00-12 AM: TCRC Group Ride (Bob’s Sunday Spin) - LOCAL MOTION CYCLERY,
The SUNDAY ride is meant to be fun. A Recovery Ride. eBike friendly. Cyclist of all skill levels are welcomed to join Bob’s Sunday Spin. This is our most social and fun ride of the week. Don’t expect to set PRs or new speed records on this ride. This ride is all about enjoying riding your bike in beautiful Northeast Tennessee. The route varies slightly from week to week, but participants should be prepared for a 30-35 mile moderately hilly ride at a casual pace. It is a No Drop Ride. Ride is Weather Dependent.
MONDAY-SATURDAY Mornings- 2-3 rides per week, various times. MEN OF LEISURE. Routes, Days and Times varies from week to week. Regulars are commonly notified via Text but notifications are SOMETIMES also posted on Facebook here: Johnson City Cycling Club.
Routes are typically 35-41 miles at a 16mph average pace, usually leaving from Gray, Piney Flats or Jonesboro, 8-10AM. These are no-drop rides that regroup regularly. All adult riders welcome.
WED & FRI @ 7:45 -SATURDAY @ 9 AM, - JUST RIDE BIKES & FITNESS often has an 18-20 mile beginner/ novice ride at a
leisuely pace, normally incorperating low traffic city streets and the Greenbelt.
