• KBA Asheville, NC Folk Art Center to Mt. Mitchell and back(62 miles), 9:30 AM, Saturday August 30,2008. Note for Mitchell riders: You will ride through tunnels on the Parkway. Lights, especially from the rear, are required and suggested. A jacket or vest is also recommended.
  We will follow this route beginning at the Folk Arts center on the Parkway. About 1-1/2 hour drive from Kingsport via I-26, East on I-240, Exit 7 onto RT-70/Town Mtn. Road. North on Parkway to Folk Art Center. Lunch on Mitchell and Dinner in Asheville.

• 11^th Fun Fest Tour de Possum Creek Ridge Ride 2008: The same tough finish, with five more challenging mile added in the middle! , July 12, 2008, 6 mile family ride (start 10-10:30), 22/28 (start 8:45) or 46 mile tour (start 8:30: must maintain 13-15mph), Yuma Elementary School, VA. $15 if received by July 9th at the Fun Fest store or Larry's Cycle Shop in Kingsport, or $20 afterward or at Yuma. ($10.00 per person for Family Fun rider with family discount $30 for household with four or more members.) No T-shirt or lunch promised if late registration.
