- First Print out one of the following applicaion forms . . .
- Be sure and clearly print your email address so you can be included in our weekly Quick Release Newsletter distribution list.
- HTML KBA Application or PDF KBA Application
- Fill it out, and add a -check- for the appropriate amount.
- Sorry, were old fashion. We don't take credit cards or PayPal.
- MAIL the check and application in.
- Do NOT bring your application to a club ride as only the club treasurer can process your applicaton.
- You may mail it to the KBA P.O. Box printed on the application, OR
- For faster processing, you may mail it directly to the KBA Treasurer, currently
